Placing an order confirms that you have read and agreed to all the conditions listed below:

⧫ All products sold in this store are PREORDER items. Production is estimated to take 5+ months after Pre-Orders close and is subject to change.

⧫ Updates on the production status and possible delays will be published on social media and sent out to emails.

⧫ All sold items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

⧫ No physical or digital part of this fanzine may be resold or used for AI training.

 

SHIPPING

⧫ The following countries are not available for shipping and orders will be cancelled immediately upon receiving:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Brazil, Cuba, Central African Republic, Iran, Israel, Laos, New Caledonia, Niue, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Yemen

This list is subject to change based on the US postal services. Please contact us with questions if you are unsure of your country's shipping status or have a question regarding the list above.

⧫ Digital Zines will be sent once final production is received, reviewed, and shipping has begun.

⧫  The MARTINGALE team will not be responsible for additional fees per country, this includes: import taxes, VAT or others. 

All products will be shipped as "sale of goods" and the buyer will be responsible for retrieving their package once it arrives in its appropriate country. Returned packages due to the buyer not paying these fees will not be refunded

⧫ Products will be shipped from the United States.

 

Damaged Goods/ Packages that aren't received.

⧫ We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. Buyers are responsible for local shipping service issues and for retrieving their packages if held for taxes, fees, or other delivery issues. Unclaimed packages returned to our team can  be resent at the buyer's expense.

⧫ Buyers are welcome to update addresses up until the shipment cut off date. This date will be decided and communicated to our buyers in the future once we have secure production timeline.

⧫ If your goods arrive damaged due to faulty packaging, please contact us with photos and/or video and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
